PRAYAGRAJ, Feb. 2 -- CDA Pension Thunder Strike and Invisible Titans earned full points in the Abbas-Rai Media Premier League by registering convincing victories in their respective league matches on Sunday. Thunder Strike defeated CA Prayagraj by 48 runs, while Invisible Titans beat NCR Officers by 42 runs. CDA Pension Thunder Strike posted a total of 178/3 with notable contributions from Alok Jha (45), Ayush Tiwari (38) and Indresh Kumar (33). For CA Prayagraj, Ashutosh Tripathi took 2/25. In reply, CA Prayagraj could manage only 130 with Akshat Tandon scoring 28 and Devendra Gupta 15. Munna Kumar (2/14) and Sanjay (2/20) did well. After the match, NCR's Chief Finance Advisor and Chief Accountant, Gautam Jain presented Alok Jha the Man of the Match award. In the second match, Invisible Titans scored 178 in 18.3 overs after being asked to bat first, with Aman Shastri making 60, Abhay Singh 39, and Azad Khan 20.
