PRAYAGRAJ, Oct. 9 -- A case of posting indecent comments against the Samajwadi Party on social media has come to light. It is also alleged that indecent language was used against the Yadav community by making an audio clip viral. District court lawyer Prashant Kumar has filed a named FIR at Colonelganj police station on Wednesday in the case. In his complaint, lawyer Prashant Kumar has accused one Manish Vishwakarma of Ismailganj, Soraon in Prayagraj of using indecent language against the Samajwadi Party and the Yadav community by sharing an audio clip on social media. It is alleged that Manish Vishwakarma had previously made indecent comments against Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi also. It is alleged that Manish has several criminal cases registered against him. Kumar further stated that efforts were made to incite caste sentiments through social media. Meanwhile, SHO of Colonelganj police station Rajesh Upadhyay said a named FIR had been registered based on the complaint and the matter was being investigated. The cyber cell team is examining the audio clip. Legal action will be taken against the accused on receipt of the investigation report.
