Businessman murdered over homosexual relationship dispute: police
Meerut, Nov. 1 -- The murder of pesticide dealer Manish Kumar in Kheda Bhau village of Jhinjhna area in Shamli district stemmed from a dispute over homosexual relations, said the police on Friday. An elderly man and his younger accomplice have been arrested and the knife used in the murder has been recovered, police added.
According to police, 28-year-old Manish's body was found on Thursday afternoon.
Superintendent of police Narendra Pratap Singh disclosed that Rajveer, a 65-year-old resident of Ansarian Patti, and Sahil, a resident of Peepalheda village had been arrested. During interrogation, Rajveer confessed that Manish and him had developed a relationship over time.
Recently, Rajveer came into contact with Sahil and began a relationship with him. When Manish found out, he allegedly began threatening to expose them in the village. Fearing public humiliation, Rajveer and Sahil planned to kill Manish. htc...
