British models share ramp with acid attack survivors
Lucknow, Sept. 30 -- A delegation of Miss Universe Great Britain as part of the Not In Vain international campaign against acid violence visited Sheroes Hangout on Monday. Along with social welfare minister Asim Arun, they also inaugurated Sheroes Store containing handicraft items made by survivors.
On the occasion, Arun said that development projects like the Sheroes Empowerment Project will benefit from several state welfare programmes.
