Book chronicling UP's journeyunder CM Adityanath launched
LUCKNOW, Dec. 17 -- A book launch ceremony for 'Gatiman Uttar Pradesh: Yogi Sarkar Ke Bemisal 8 Saal', which highlights the comprehensive transformation and the development journey of Uttar Pradesh under the leadership of chief minister Yogi Adityanath, was held on Tuesday at the Visvesvaraya Auditorium in Lucknow.
UP assembly speaker Satish Mahana was the chief guest on the occasion, while minister for women welfare, child development and nutrition Baby Rani Maurya was the special guest. Many dignitaries from the political, social, administrative, and literary fields participated in the event. A review of the book was also conducted during the event.
Speaking on the occasion, Mahana said: "Prime Minister Narendra Modi and chief minister Yogi Adityanath are continuously working towards realising the vision of India that our brave sons envisioned after independence."
Special guest and UP minister Baby Rani Maurya, said, "The Yogi government has strengthened social empowerment through concrete policies and schemes for women, children, farmers, youth, and marginalised sections of society. The book provides a balanced and factual portrayal of these efforts."
The CM's advisor Awanish Kumar Awasthi said, "The book effectively presents the revolutionary changes in the fields of law and order, e-governance, infrastructure, and investment with supporting data."
The book's author Dr Sheelwant Singh said, "The objective of writing this book is to present the real picture of a rapidly developing Uttar Pradesh under the leadership of CM Yogi Adityanath over the past eight years, in a simple and accessible manner to the general public."
MLA OP Srivastava, principal secretary, legislative assembly, Pradeep Kumar Dubey, Piyush Kumar of Prabhat Prakashan, Manikant Shukla and many other dignitaries were also present at the event....
