BJYM leader files FIR against SP youth wing nat'l secretary, others
LUCKNOW, July 7 -- A case has been registered at Hazratganj police station after Amit Tripathi, city general secretary of the BJP Yuva Morcha, filed a complaint against eight individuals, including Samajwadi Chhatra Sabha's national secretary Sujit Yadav, alleging vandalism of political posters, breach of public peace, and threats to life.
Hazratganj SHO Vikram Singh confirmed that an FIR was lodged on Sunday and an investigation is underway. According to the complaint, Tripathi, a resident of Jankipuram LIG Colony, alleged that on Saturday night, a group led by Sujit Yadav and comprising Pawan Saroj, Manish Yadav, Dinesh Yadav, Shailendra Yadav, Brajmohan Yadav, BP Raghuvanshi, Sushil Pandey (engineer), and Kaustubh Tiwari, tore down satirical posters that had been placed across several prominent intersections in the city.
