LUCKNOW, Sept. 26 -- The Bharatiya Janata Party on Thursday organised programmes at booth level across the state and paid floral tributes to Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyaya, the pioneer of Antyodaya, on his birth anniversary. On the occasion, party workers also discussed his contributions and legacy.
