LUCKNOW, Aug. 18 -- BJP MLA Rajeshwar Singh led a 25-km bike rally from Banthra to Ashiyana to mark Independence Day on Friday. Braving rainfall, a large number of youth holding the Tricolour took part in the rally which passed through Transport Nagar, Telibagh and Bangla Bazaar to culminate at Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar Auditorium on Kanpur Road, LDA Colony. Addressing the gathering, Singh stated that the youth have the vision to take India to new heights. "Anti-India, anti-culture and anti-women ideologies rising in neighbouring countries and shamefully getting tacit support from opposition parties for vote-bank politics must be rooted out from India. The youth must remain aware and active against such ideologies," the BJP MLA from Sarojini Nagar added.
