LUCKNOW, July 16 -- A video showing over 20 bikers purportedly performing high-speed stunts near Lucknow University Metro Station has triggered public outrage and raised concerns over the lack of police monitoring in one of the city's busiest areas. In a widely circulated undated video, several bikers are seen riding without helmets, swerving across lanes and performing dangerous stunts. One biker is seen ramming into a divider railing, while two others skid across the road after losing control. Hasanganj SHO Amar Singh said police have taken cognisance of the video. "We are verifying the time and date of the incident. Action will be taken against the offenders," he said. "They were riding like maniacs. Anyone could've been killed," an eyewitness said.HTC...
