Lucknow, Feb. 8 -- A two-day Bhagidari Sahitya Utsav, emphasising the need to empower the marginalised, will commence on Saturday at Babasaheb Bhim Rao Ambedkar University (BBAU) and continue at Bhagidari Bhawan on Sunday.
