Lucknow, Nov. 25 -- The Lucknow bench of Allahabad high court on Tuesday ordered to maintain status quo in former minister Azam Khan's sister's case and ordered the Lucknow Municipal Corporation to file reply in the next two weeks.

After the court's order, the house will remain in possession of Nikhat Aflak, sister of Azam Khan.

The Lucknow Municipal Corporation (LMC) had issued a notice to Nikhat Aflak on August 24, asking to vacate house no. A -2/1, River Bank Colony. The property belongs to the civic body.
