Agra, Jan. 26 -- President of the Azad Samaj Party (Kanshi Ram) and MP Chandra Shekhar Azad on Sunday called for a change in regime to end atrocities against weaker sections and ensure reservation in the private sector. Addressing a large gathering at the GIC ground in Agra under the banner Samvidhanik Adhikar Bachao, Bhaichara Banao, Azad accused the district administration of denying permission for the rally at Ramlila ground. He appealed for unity among Dalits, backward and extremely backward classes, and minorities. Azad said only two per cent jobs are in the government sector, while the remaining are in the private sector, making private sector reservation essential. He promised that atrocities and "false cases" would end within 24 hours of a regime change.
