India, Aug. 25 -- A true Gandhian, Shashi Shiromani was filled with the zeal of patriotism even at the age of five, when he was a member of the children's unit, involved in carrying messages and information to and from freedom fighters. A qualified architect, the 83-year-old has to his credit the designing of the first 70 mm cinema hall of Uttar Pradesh, in Agra. Known for his simplicity, Shiromani still continues serving society and holds that Gandhian principles are the only way to lead a fruitful life. He was there to listen to Mahatma Gandhi at Birla Bhawan on January 30, 1948 when Gandhiji was shot dead....
