Hyderabad, Aug. 12 -- The Special Investigation Team (SIT) of the Andhra Pradesh police probing the Rs.3,500 crore liquor scam that allegedly took place during the previous YSRCP regime, filed an additional charge sheet in the case before the ACB special court in Vijayawada on Monday, people familiar with the matter said. On July 19, the SIT filed its primary charge sheet in the case, naming nine companies and seven individuals as accused. The latest filing is an extension of that earlier charge sheet. Though the exact details of the additional 200-page charge sheet, are not immediately known, an official said it contains key evidence regarding the role of the three accused - retired IAS officer K Dhanunjay Reddy, former officer on special duty in the CMO P Krishna Mohan Reddy.
