India, Nov. 22 -- Actor Alankrita Sahai was in Lucknow for a shoot and says she is happy to be back in the city known for food and etiquette. "Not only did I have a lot of food, but I am carrying back a lot with me to store and share with my friends. Lucknow wasn't selected for no reason Lucknow was selected by UNESCO as a Creative City of Gastronomy. Since the day I have arrived, I have been eating too much food; I need to shed what I have been piling on," (laughs). It was this year in September that Alankrita moved back to Mumbai from Chandigarh. "My father's death left me all sad and under stress, so I left my home in Mumbai for over three years, only to come back this year as I felt I can get back on my toes now. I also got an offer for two OTT projects, for which I start shooting from the first week of next month, as well as a Tamil-Telugu film as one of the lead actors, which will go on floor in February next year," adds the actor.Alankrita also plans to take a step forward in her love life but remains tight-lipped on letting us know about her mystery man. Speaking to us, she says, "2026 will be a big year, but marriage and babies can wait, we both feel. As he is not from the industry, there's no point in disclosing his identity till we both decide on it. And yes, something like an engagement can surely happen. Also, it depends on how my beau plans the proposal and the scene of engagement for me. Anything related to love should be beautifully planned, so next year we can get engaged and wait for the D-Day until later."...
