India, June 10 -- A ctor Akhil Akkineni, younger son of Nagarjuna and Amala Akkineni, tied the knot with Zainab Ravdjee in a private ceremony in Hyderabad on Friday. The wedding was followed by a grand reception on Sunday, hosted by the Akkineni family and attended by some of the biggest stars from the South film industry. Photos from the celebration, shared by Annapurna Studios, show Akhil in a white tuxedo and Zainab glowing in a peach ensemble with diamond jewellery. The guest list included Ram Charan and Upasana Konidela, Mahesh Babu with wife Namrata and daughter Sitara, and Yash, who posed with the couple in his signature laid-back style. Suriya, Nani, Adivi Sesh and Kiccha Sudeepa were also present. Zainab, daughter of Hyderabad-based industrialist Zulfi Ravdjee, is an artist and entrepreneur from Mumbai. While the couple kept their relationship low-key, they reportedly dated before getting engaged last year. Their traditional Telugu wedding, attended by close family and friends including Chiranjeevi and Prashanth Neel, saw Zainab in an ivory saree and Akhil in a white dhoti-kurta.
