Jaipur, Nov. 7 -- Rajasthan agriculture minister Kirori Lal Meena raided a fake biodiesel factory in Napasar village of Bikaner district in a surprise late-night operation on Wednesday,and seized around 1.5 lakh (150,000) litres of industrial oil. "I was going to Bikaner through Bharatmala express when I saw a truck refuelling diesel from a pick-up on the highway. I stopped my car, questioned the pick-up driver and found that a nearby factory produces this oil and supplies it to Delhi and Ludhiana. During the inspection, officials also recovered Rs.15 lakh in cash hidden inside a box under a bed," said Meena. According to the officials aware of the details, the factory owner transports the industrial oil from Surat at Rs.45 per litre, produces adulterated chemical out of it, and sells it to some pick-up drivers at Rs.72 per litre who further sell it to the trucks on the highways at Rs.75 to supply in Delhi and Ludhiana....
