PRAYAGRAJ, Nov. 2 -- A woman died while undergoing treatment at SRN Hospital, sparking anger among her family. According to the complaint, the deceased's husband verbally abused and intimidated the staff following her death. Dr Mohit Jain, medical superintendent of the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSSY) unit at SRN Hospital, lodged an FIR at Kotwali police station a day after the incident. The patient, Seema Singh, a resident of Aurai in Bhadohi district, was admitted to the hemodialysis unit at the PMSSSY building on the evening of October 27. She passed away approximately two hours after undergoing dialysis. Following her death, her husband, Omprakash Singh, allegedly arrived at the hospital with three - four accomplices and reportedly misbehaved with the on-duty staff, including dialysis technician Virendra Kushwaha, nursing officer Shivani Singh, Vijay Kumar, Asha Pal, ward boy Suchit, and ward sweeper Kamlesh.
