After 38 days, voting ends in India
NEW DELHI, May 20 -- Violent clashes in West Bengal and Punjab marred the seventh and final phase of voting in the marathon 17th Lok Sabha elections on Sunday. Initial estimates indicated that around 61.86% of the 100.1 million people eligible to vote in the last leg turned out to choose their representatives to 59 seats spread across seven states and the Union Territory of Chandigarh....
