Lucknow, Jan. 7 -- Chief minister Yogi Adityanath on Tuesday asked his ministers to keep an eye on the progress of SIR following the Election Commission's publishing of draft electoral rolls in UP. Yogi, who was presiding over the meeting of his council of ministers at Lok Bhawan here, said the ministers should visit the districts under their charge and their respective assembly constituencies, and take interest in claims and objections being filed following publishing of draft roles. Those aware of the developments said Yogi asked the ministers to keep an eye on the unfolding developments as the claims and objections are filed. The ministers have to work out a way to make up for the deletions and keep an eye on additions in the electoral rooms, said a minister. Yogi also informed the ministers that a detailed note about the Viksit Bharat G RAM G scheme was being sent to them and the ministers should hold press conferences to tell people about benefits of the scheme.
