Rudrapur, July 7 -- A 55-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly molesting a 16-year-old girl in Bageshwar district, police said, adding that he was sent to jail after being produced in the court on Sunday. "A complaint was filed on Friday by a man stating that his 16-year-old daughter was raped by one of their neighbours when she went to the bathroom adjoining the house after having dinner at around 10 pm on Thursday. The accused stuffed a cloth into her mouth and molested her. After molesting her, he left her and threatened of dire consequences if she divulged their crime to anyone.
