Lucknow/Meerut, July 28 -- Five of the eight people killed in the stampede belonged to Uttar Pradesh. The victims from UP were identified as Aarush (12), Vishal (19), Ram Bharose (65), Vicky Saini (18) and Vakil Shanti Devi.
