Agra, Dec. 1 -- Five, including two minors, were arrested for their alleged involvement in pelting train passengers with stones and stealing their phones. Those arrested included Raja, Raghav aka Raghu and Luv Kush who were booked under section 304(2) (snatching) 317(2) (receiving stolen goods) of BNS and 152 Railway Act. "These accused used to target the passengers standing on doors of train coaches and used to run away with phones that fell down," said an official from GRP at Firozabad.
