LUCKNOW, Aug. 3 -- Balrampur Hospital on Saturday set a new benchmark by conducting dialysis for 31 patients in a single day, significantly up from its usual capacity of 15-22, authorities said, attributing the feat to the recent addition of dialysis machines and the dedication of the staff. According to officials, the dialysis unit now operates with 15 machines, five each provided by the National Health Mission and Lions Club, in addition to the existing five.
