300 plots on offer as e-auction opens today
LUCKNOW, July 4 -- The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) will open its e-auction portal from July 4 (Friday) to auction over 300 commercial and residential plots across the city, officials said. The move aims to give buyers access to prime properties in key locations, they added.
Interested buyers can register online till Aug 4, and the e-auction will be held on August 8.
The auction will offer a diverse range of properties, including residential plots, group housing land, malls, multiplexes, fine-dining areas, nursing homes, hotels, marriage halls, city clubs, petrol/CNG stations, and mixed land-use plots.
These properties are located in major LDA schemes such as Gomti Nagar, Gomti Nagar Extension, Jankipuram, Jankipuram Extension, Sharda Nagar, CG City, Kanpur Road, and Transport Nagar.
LDA secretary Vivek Srivastava said that the previous e-auction had generated property sales worth Rs.450 crore, and this year's event is expected to draw an even stronger response.
"The scale of this auction is larger, offering a diverse mix of commercial and residential plots designed to attract both individual buyers and large-scale developers," he added.
According to LDA additional secretary Gyanendra Verma, residential plots measuring 60 square metres in Sector-H of Vasant Kunj Yojana, on Hardoi Road, will also be part of the auction. The reserve price for these plots is fixed at Rs.32,955 per square metre, making them a potentially attractive option for middle-income buyers....
