Lucknow, Nov. 3 -- A total of 21 medals, including gold, silver, bronze and special memorial medals, and 309 degrees were awarded to students at the convocation of the Dr Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University on Sunday. Special memorial gold medals were presented to students securing the highest marks in taxation law, criminal law and constitutional law, besides honours for student of the year, best mooter and best performance in competitive exams. Among the top achievers, Darshika Pandey received three medals - the Bronze Medal (BA LLB), the Padmavati Mohanlal Jariwala Gold Medal for highest marks in constitutional law and the Virendra Bhatia Gold Medal for student of the year. Abhyuday Pratap was conferred two gold medals, the BA LLB (Hons) Gold Medal and the KK Luthra Memorial Gold Medal for the best mooter.
