Rudrapur, March 26 -- Three people, including two minors, were killed when a speeding truck hit their bike in Haldwani area of Nainital district on Tuesday, police said, adding that the accused driver has been arrested. "The accident took place around 1.30 pm on Kamalwaganja road.
