2 injured after ex-min's minor son rams Audi into three cars in Jaipur
Jaipur, Oct. 23 -- At least two people were injured after a luxury car allegedly driven by the 15-year-old son of former Rajasthan minister Rajkumar Sharma rammed into three cars in Jaipur's Pratap Nagar on Wednesday, police said. According to the FIR based on a complaint by one of the injured, Pulkeet Pareek, the incident took place at 2.30pm at NRI circle in Pratap Nagar.
"...At the NRI circle, an Audi suddenly hit my car from behind. It was so intense that the Audi's airbag also came out," said Pareek in the complaint, seen by HT. Soon after the collision, the Audi driver lost control and hit two more nearby cars as well but they were not much damaged and nobody was injured, police said.
"The driver of the car was stopped by the locals following which he launched an attack on two of us. He slapped us, and also tried to beat us," Pareek said, further alleging that the accused threatened them.
Commenting on the matter, Rajkumar Sharma, said, "All my staff including driver were on leave. He was supposed to visit his tutor... So, he decided to drive by himself. The incident was undoubtedly a major mistake. It could have been fatal." htc...
