PRAYARAJ, Sept. 22 -- The Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) in Prayagraj arrested two drug smugglers from Bihar with 1.02 quintal of marijuana, reportedly worth Rs 51 lakh. A car and two mobile phones were also recovered from the smugglers, Anoop Dubey and Kallu Shah. During interrogation, they revealed that they were planning to supply the marijuana to several districts, including Prayagraj. As per reports, the Anti-Narcotics Task Force arrested smuggler Anup Dubey, resident of Chatur Bagaha under police station Jadopur in Gopalganj, Bihar and his accomplice Kallu Shah, resident of Kalla Matihiriya, under Vishambarpur police station of the same district. The team recovered a Chevrolet Sail car and two mobile phones from the accused along with 1.02 quintal of marijuana valued approximately around Rs 51 lakh. They are being interrogated to gather information about their associates. ANTF in-charge Satyendra Pradhan said that upon questioning, the accused revealed that the marijuana found in their possession had been ordered from Bihar by one Ramesh Singh, a resident of Baghachaur under Tariya Sujan police station of Kushinagar district. htc...
