LUCKNOW, Dec. 19 -- A two-day Atal health fair will be organised on December 20 and 21 at the Mini Stadium in Vikas Nagar to mark the conclusion of the late PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee's birth centenary celebrations. Health fair convenor and senior BJP leader Dr Neeraj Singh said the mega event is being organised for the sixth consecutive year inspired by defence minister and Lucknow MP Rajnath Singh. The health fair will provide free medical check-ups, diagnosis and treatment to the public. Doctors from the government and over 100 private hospitals and medical institutions will offer free consultations at the fair. They include SGPGI, King George's Medical University, Medanta Hospital, Apollo Medics, Chandan Hospital, Mayo Hospital, Max Hospital, Regency Hospital, Sahara Hospital, Era Medical College, TS Mishra Medical College, Integral Medical College, Sun Eye Hospital, Lucknow Cancer Hospital, among others. Departments related to nutrition, family welfare, AYUSH and the de-addiction programme will also set up stalls at the venue....
