PRAYAGRAJ, June 14 -- A pick-up, which had brought devotees from Tikamgarh in Madhya Pradesh to Sangam, overturned near Fort road crossing on Friday. A total of 18 people were injured in the accident. Police took the injured devotees to Swaroop Rani Nehru Hospital (SRNH) for treatment where one of the devotees, 60-year-old Charan Prajapati had to be admitted to the ICU. Prior to the accident, the pick-up had hit two bikes after which the angry bikers started chasing the vehicle, the injured devotees said.
