India, Sept. 1 -- The Trump administration is continuing its talks with trading partners despite an appeals court ruling that most of President Donald Trump's tariffs are illegal, US Trade Representative Jamieson Greer said on Sunday. "People are moving forward with their deals, regardless of what this court may say in the interim," he said. Peter Navarro, Trump's adviser on trade issues, expressed optimism that the top court will uphold the sweeping tariffs that a lower court has struck down.
