Lucknow, Jan. 8 -- Only those Uttar Pradesh government officers and employees who submit the details of their movable and immovable property on the Manav Sampada Portal by January 31 will get the salary for January in February, chief secretary SP Goyal said in a letter to all the additional chief secretaries, principal secretaries, secretaries and heads of departments. Goyal added that a state government order of November 24 directed all officers/employees of the state government in UP to mandatorily submit details of their movable and immovable property on the portal by January 31. This was to be done under the Rule 24 of the Uttar Pradesh Government Employees' Conduct Rules, 1956.
