LUCKNOW, Aug. 23 -- Amid speculations over his health, chief secretary SP Goyal on Friday said his condition had improved and he was recovering. "By the grace of God and the prayers of all you fellow brothers, my health is fine now. I am on bed rest, will meet you again soon," he wrote on Facebook on Friday. Goyal, who had been unwell for some time, expressed gratitude to all those who prayed for his recovery. His post drew a large number of responses from friends and well-wishers wishing him good health and speedy recovery. People close to him said that Goyal underwent a heart surgery at a hospital in Delhi.
