'No such order issued by government'
AGRA, May 6 -- Commissioner of Aligarh Division, Sangeeta Singh, during a meeting with lawyers and deed writers informed that the state government has not issued any orders to open front offices at tehsil and sub-registrar offices.
Additionally, DIG stamps at Aligarh, Shiv Shankar Yadav, assured them that whenever these front offices become functional, they will not negatively impact the interests of lawyers and deed writers. The meeting, organised in response to the ongoing strike of lawyers and deed writers in Aligarh, was attended by office bearers of Tehsil Koil Revenue association, commissioner Aligarh Division and DIG stamps Shiv Shankar Yadav, informed a press statement issued by district information office at Aligarh on Monday. .
"There are no plans to privatise registration department, and there will be no interference in the work of lawyers and deed writers. They will continue to work as they are currently doing," stated the officials during the meeting.
