'No party has shunned JPC on mins' bill yet'
India, Sept. 14 -- Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla said on Saturday that no political party has formally conveyed to him their decision to boycott the proposed Joint Committee of Parliament (JPC) to examine the three bills that bar any minister, chief minister or prime minister from holding the position after getting arrested. "On the issue of JPC, no political party has communicated to me in writing on this subject," Birla told reporters in Bengaluru.
