Haridwar, Dec. 30 -- The Najibabad-Haridwar NH-74, a four lane national highway, will get opened for commuters ahead of Ardh Kumbh fair scheduled two years later in 2027, according to the National Highway Authority of India officials aware of the matter. Senior officials while assessing the progress of the four-lane highway told media persons that construction work will be completed by early next year.
