India, Aug. 23 -- Unlike most star kids, Aamir Khan's daughter Ira is not taking the usual route before the arclights to enter the world of art and cinema. Instead, she's chosen the stage, and is making her directorial debut with a play, Euripides' Medea, a Greek tragedy.

The 22-year-old has already started work on the play, whose premiere is scheduled for December. It will be staged in multiple cities across India.

Talking about her choice, she says, "I've always felt more comfortable and enthusiastic about working behind the camera rather than [being] in front of it. I've never felt the inclination to act except if it were in an action film, so I get to learn all the cool stunts. Then again... I can just learn how to do the stunts witho...
