LUCKNOW, Jan. 9 -- Uttar Pradesh's primary goal is to emerge as a one trillion dollar economy, with agriculture, MSMEs, manufacturing and services acting as key drivers, CEO of the State Transformation Commission Manoj Kumar Singh said on Thursday.
