JAMMU, Aug. 6 -- In a major action under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, Udhampur police, on Tuesday, seized moveable and immoveable property of a notorious drug peddler worth Rs.70 lakhs. The accused was identified as Sanjay Kumar. The property was attached under Section 68(F) of the NDPS Act. The accused, a resident of Kah Phalata in Udhampur was booked under Sections 8/15/29 NDPS Act registered at Police Station Rehambal. The property seized included a residential house on land Khasra No. 852 located at Kah Phalata/Seen Thakaran. Eeco car, two autos and two scooties.
