Shimla, Nov. 11 -- After a shepherd out for grazing his goats was injured with gunshot, police have booked three persons out for hunting in Rohru sub-division of Shimla district. The victim was identified as Lucky, who was out in Dhamawani Jungle in the Tikkar area of Rohru on Sunday evening when he sustained a gun shot, police said. Hunting was banned in Himachal Pradesh in 1984 under the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972. The accused have been booked under section 125 and 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and section 25 (illegal acts involving firearms and ammunition) of the Indian Arms Act. The injured was taken to Indira Gandhi Medical college (IGMC) Shimla where he is under treatment and further investigations are underway, the police said....
