JAMMU, Aug. 26 -- Security forces, on Monday, launched searches close to the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district after five to six suspected Pakistani drones were seen hovering the area late Sunday. "Five to six suspected Pakistani drones were sighted in Gursai Nullah, Shaistar, Balakote and Langote area around 9.15 pm on Sunday. They hovered high up in the sky for over five minutes and then returned," said police sources. "It seems they were on reconnaissance of the area," they added. On Monday morning, security forces launched searches close to the LoC to see if suspected drones had dropped arms, ammo or narcotics. On August 21, a similar suspected Pakistani drone was spotted in Gajansoo area along the Indo-Pak international border in Jammu district. "Locals first spotted the suspected drone hovering over fields in Gajansoo. Some among them also shot a video of the drone.
