Sonam urges Centreto resume dialoguewith Ladakh groups
Srinagar, April 14 -- Climate activist Sonam Wangchuk on Monday urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union home minister Amit Shah for taking timely measures, in national interest, to resolve the issues of Ladakh at the earliest.
Wangchuk, who was released from Jodhpur jail last month after NSA charges against him were dropped, said that the Centre hasn't given a new date for talks with the Ladakh leadership, after February 4 dialogues remained inconclusive.

Wangchuk also alleged that some people are trying to create mistrust between Buddhists and Muslims. "On the 'trust' front shady entities are using this gap to sow seeds of Leh- Kargil (Buddhist - Muslim) divide. As people in this sensitive border region grow disheartened and demoralised, I urge Hon'ble PM @narendramodi ji and HM @AmitShah ji to take timely measures, in national interest, to resolve the issues at the earliest," Wangchuk said....
