Dharamshala, Sept. 30 -- The SJVN has been awarded second prize in the Swachhta Pakhwada Awards 2025 by the ministry of power, Government of India. The award was presented by Pankaj Agarwal, secretary, ministry of power, to Bhupender Gupta, chairman and managing director of SJVN, in New Delhi on Monday. Gupta said the award recognises SJVN's "structured action plans and impactful initiatives" across its projects and units during the Swachhta Pakhwada campaign, which created lasting positive change in society. The award honours outstanding efforts by power CPSEs in promoting the Swachh Bharat Mission, evaluated on parameters such as awareness generation and sustainable cleanliness initiatives. htc...
