Shimla, Nov. 20 -- Deputy commissioner, Shimla, Anupam Kashyap on Wednesday submitted a complaint regarding misuse of his name and photograph on WhatsApp and asked the police officials to identify the person fraudulently using his name. In an email sent to the Shimla superintendent of police, the DC said: "It is brought to your notice that an unknown person is fraudulently using my name and photograph on WhatsApp. This individual is contacting people by impersonating me, which has serious potential for miscommunication, harassment, or financial fraud."
