Dharamshala, Feb. 12 -- Two fresh Western Disturbances (WD) -first from February 13 and another from February 16-are likely to bring rains, snow in Himachal, the India Meteorological Department (IMD), Shimla, said on Wednesday. After the dry weather till February 15, the weather office has predicted light rain or snowfall at isolated places over high hills of the state on February 16 and 17. No large change in minimum temperatures over the state during the next 3-4 days. Maximum temperatures are likely to rise gradually by 2-3 degrees over the state during the next 4-5 days. During the last 24 hours, light rain or snowfall was observed at isolated places over the state, with no significant change in minimum and maximum temperatures at most of the stations. The lowest minimum temperature was recorded in Lahaul-Spiti's Kukumseri at -6.3 degrees While trace snowfall was recorded in Gondla, 3 mm rainfall was recorded in Tissa.
