Srinagar, Jan. 15 -- Further dip in temperature left many water bodies, including parts of Dal Lake in Srinagar frozen, in the Valley. The India Meteorological Department has said a western disturbance is approaching Kashmir and is likely to affect the Valley's weather from January 16.
