Shimla, March 28 -- Demanding formulation of a permanent policy, equal pay for equal work and assurance of job security, outsourced employees from various government departments staged a sit-in protest at Chaura Maidan in Shimla on Friday. They said they have been rendering their services across various departments for 15 to 20 years.
