Normal to above-normal temps likely in many parts of HP in November
Dharamshala, Nov. 4 -- The India Meteorological Department's (IMD) Shimla office has predicted that the maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to be normal to above normal over many parts of the state in November.
According to the November outlook released by IMD, the mean maximum temperatures are likely to be normal to above normal over most parts of the state during the month. The mean minimum temperatures are likely to be normal to above normal over many parts of the state and below normal for some parts of the high hills.
During the month of November, rainfall anomaly is likely to be normal over most parts of the low and mid hills of the state and normal to below normal for many parts of the high hills....
