Dharamshala, Nov. 4 -- The India Meteorological Department's (IMD) Shimla office has predicted that the maximum and minimum temperatures are expected to be normal to above normal over many parts of the state in November. According to the November outlook released by IMD, the mean maximum temperatures are likely to be normal to above normal over most parts of the state during the month. The mean minimum temperatures are likely to be normal to above normal over many parts of the state and below normal for some parts of the high hills.
