Dharamshala , Sept. 12 -- Nothing seems to be going right for the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the politically significant Kangra district where a by-election for Dharamshala assembly segment is likely to be held next month.

Close on the heels of an all-out war between the BJP state organising secretary Pawan Rana and Jawalamukhi legislator Ramesh Dhawala, another storm is brewing up within the party after a letter alleging corruption under the current regime was circulated on social media, allegedly on behest of a senior leader.

In the soup is former minister Ravinder Singh Ravi, who is a close confidant of former chief minister Prem Kumar Dhumal.
